Items may be returned within a period of 15 days after receipt for a refund. In the event that the customer is dissatisfied with the product for any reason, they will be responsible for covering the return shipping charges. However, if the return is initiated due to the receipt of the wrong product or if the product is found to be defective, the vendor will assume responsibility for the return shipping charges. It is important to note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund. Additionally, refunds will be processed promptly upon the receipt and inspection of the returned items.
